Rise and shine, marvel at the snow-covered mountains, and after a hearty breakfast, head to the ropeway in a matter of minutes. Just 500 m from the hotel, the gondolas of the Ried valley station take you directly to the Kronplatz mountain top.

You can easily reach the valley station with our ski shuttle, which stops directly in front of the Waldhof and runs from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and in the afternoon from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. between the hotel and the lifts. Or you can park your car directly at the Ried valley station with our free parking pass.

An absolute highlight for experienced skiers is Sella Ronda, a circular ski tour of the Sella group - sheer delight for eyes and soul! The Plan de Corones offers a further highlight - a train connection to the skiing region Sesto Dolomites. Take the half-hourly train from Perca to Versciaco near San Candido. The cable car to Monte Elmo starts directly at the railway station. This means: Comprehensive access to over 200 km of pistes in the heart of the Dolomites!
